“Big Dissapointment”

I find your service convenient but your arrangement with Hotel Imperial Reforma in Mexico City is misleading. Service at this hotel levaes much to be desired and should not be endorsed by your company. The lady ct the front desk on july 21 (sunday) did not bother to inform terms and conditons on the property. The waiters at the cafeteria were more worried about payments than providing service.
The hotel boasts at 100% smoke free environent and yet on monday afternoon there were person smoking inside and the hotel personell woud not do anything about it untill requiredby us and another guest to take action.

We ended up cancelling the rest of our stay and will not be back.

Please share these comments with the hotel's management aas it is impossible to get a clear answer foem the front desk as to when he or she will be available for a direct complaint.
