Booked a one night room on 19th May, arrived at Hotel on 25th to find that they had no information at all regarding my booking!!
Fortunately they had a another Hotel, albeit at the other end of Town, where they were able to fit me in, however an hour and a half of the afternoon wiped out arranging it and travelling over!
What would have happened had they not had the other hotel..........

I would be 200 mile from home with nowhere to go on a Bank Holday Weekend!?,

Well done Booking.com, I'll not book again, and certainly won't be recommending to anyone.....

Sorry to hear the hotel did not have your confirmation, these details are sent as soon as your booking is completed.

Would like to look into this further, can you provide your booking number?

Please understand we would have assisted you with this situation, we just have to be advised that there is a problem. Often, the hotel does have the reservation, maybe they listed last name first, or any number of issues. But we would have ensured you were accommodated, no matter what the weekend/day is. We are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist guests.
