Booking.com's site is far better than most other sites I visit. It is presented logically, sequencing is smooth and logical, extraneous matter is kept out of direct sight and it operates well. This is unlike most major sites which only work 80% properly, causing huge agro to users, especially infrequent users, even if they are computer literate. Examples are BT, National Rail, Swiss Rail. I checked this view with a work colleague, a highly respected computer director and expert, and he agreed.

It is vital you continue to invest a lot of money and attention to detail when you make changes to your system.

I have used your site several times over several years (i.e. I am not a frequent user). My experience has always been very good.
