I've been using Booking.com for several years and have never had a problem with them. I've managed to find some excellent deals and special hotels through them and the reviews, photos, map and hotel information really help to influence my decisions.

Now that it is possible to book quickly using my saved details, it's even better. I've had to cancel bookings and modify them in the past and this has never caused problems.

It's the first place I go to when looking for hotels and I rarely have reasons to look elsewhere.
