while i was going through other users reviews and recommendations about the hotels i noticed that many people mentioned that the prices on booking.com were more expensive than the actual prices

but i thought that booking through this website was to bring the best deals to the users

and also the very inappropriate need to have a credit card is very disappointing for non-credit card holders

i booked 2 nights at monarch jeddah hotel for an excellent deal of 358 rials but they didnt give me the one-bedroom appartment similar to that in the photos they displayed

other than this, it has been a pleasure booking through booking.com
