“Extremely helpful customer service”

The site is very user friendly I had some questions and clarification of a hotel booking that required a date change and the online customer service was clear and did exactly what they said they could do about it. They contacted the hotel,got the information from them and contacted me promptly with the answer. Took the pressure off me as I was in the middle of a vacation where I was moving around to several different cities.
