PLease make the steps that we need to take more clearly available. As it is one becomes confused as to just what is the next step to take. It took 2 of us some 10 minutes to get past the number of rooms and the book now segment. Believe me we are not silly, it was just confusing with the messages that we coming up .
Just make each step logical, with a better layout AND a "do this next'instruction.
On an earlier effort at Gremouth,some 15 minutes earlier, we just gave up and rang the motel, which ended up costing us more for the room, but we could not stand the frustration of'what do we do next', we were going in circles.
