“Excellent Website and Excellent Customer Service”

I have been using booking.com for a few years with out complaint. The website is very well designed and easy to navigate. I was particularly impressed when I had a problem with a booking and the customer service over the phone was much better than I expected. My problem was dealt with quickly, politely and efficiently. A very satisfied customer. I always recommend booking.com to friends.
