“Booking made easy”

For a first time user, started off scarry but once i started to understand the jargon & relaxed a little I was able to complete the Booking. Time 1hour. It must become easier.Being Dyslexic creates stress,I would have prefered to use the Phone. But I did it,& thats positive.
