Visit www.booking.com/rc-hotelsmy daughter booked a hotel through this company and is as we speak sat in her car for the passed 3 hours waiting for someone to call her back because the hotel she has booked is not open.

Can you please advise me of her booking number or other booking details? I would like to investigate this immediately.

I would only like to note that the hotel is responsible for informing us and their guests of any changes or closures. If they don't inform us of important changes, we cannot pass the information on to the affected customers.
