Efficiently offers exactly what I want (including family rooms). Has become much better over the years at ensuring the price I see is the price I'll pay (no hidden costs). Usually clear about whether wifi is free. Not all properties are cancelable without a fee. I wish, when clicking on that last button to commit my booking, I didn't have to constantly uncheck the "send me spam" line.
