I love booking.com - it is easy to book, flexible, quick, professional, accurate and very helpful with comparaison of locations and stays, non withtanding the fact that the customer service center anywhere in the world is extremely supportive even in cases were the hotels booking are cancelled. The availability of a large set of hotels in several countries is an advantage by itself along with the ratings, and the feed back required from each customer after the stay

The only matter that still need to be worked on the web -is to create sms/email alerts services to alert customers before the last days of "free cancellation" in order to avoid charges - this will be really helpful.
