So easy and straightforward! The whole process was a pleasure.

The mobile site is also just at user-friendly, and I've just installed the Android app on my phone, and that too has impressed me. It's such a pleasure that all I have to do is show the confirmation on my phone when checking in, and don't have to go through the hassle of printing it out and making sure I don't loose it along the way! So convenient.

I usually hate organising places to stay and find it very stressful trying to tell if I'm being scammed out of my holiday money or not :) This is such a safe and efficient process and I hope all resorts/lodges/hotels will use this service throughout southern Africa, because I hope to never have to book any other way again!
