This is a really helpful website when looking for a good hotel at a good rate. It also works out cheaper than going directly through the hotel. It's very detailed and specific. There is a very big variety in hotels which makes it nice to compare. Very good idea to also add people's reviews on the website so you can get feedback before booking a hotel.
Customer service is super helpful and friendly. I needed to make a cancellation one time and the lady in customer service was so patient and happy to assist. I received a confirmation email regarding my cancellation almost straight away. Friendly, helpful and efficient service.
I would recommend this website to everyone. I will continue using this site in the future.
