I have only made a few bookings with booking.com but the site is easy to use, and I like the set out. The only problem I had was trying to change a date ... the site says you can change or cancel, so I checked availability and it wasn't a problem, the prices were the same, but it wouldn't let me change the booking, it kept saying that there was no availability, which was incorrect. I ended up cancelling the booking and then re-booking it for the dates I wanted. Maybe that glitch needs to be fixed, but other than that, I like the site and would use it again.
