I tried to change my booking for January: I was asked for booking number
and password (to my knowledge I didn't have one). Several pages and email
later I was told to enter my PIN code. Eventually I arrived at the
amendment page which dealt only with the dates, not the room change. In
desperation I cancelled my original booking and started all over again!
Success - I now know what to do - but hope not to have to change again! I booked my last stay at the Imperial Queens Park in June/July which did not need any alteration and went like clockwork, so thanks anyway.
