“Cheapest and Easiest”

I've used Booking.com before without a probloem, but couldn't believe the deal they offered this time. 5 Star Hotel in Melbourne, $75/night cheaper than any other website. None of the others offered the non-refundable option which suited me fine as I knew I wasn't going to cancel. For the nay-sayers, just READ the small print before clicking to buy - the info is all there if you look for it.
