We made a booking using your website for ourselves and our dogs. The hotel had a problem with the room sizes because our labradors, they thought, were too large. We received a phone call from an extremely helpful Frenchman from "booking.com" who then called other hotels nearby and checked availability. Excellent service. Thank you.
