i tried to book a hotel.firstly it didnt allow me to select dates. I had a groupon voucher ,there was no place to enter voucher code.It then had a section where it was mandatory to insert credit card details ,or it would not confirm the booking.I entered details,it then stated that they would charge my credit card within 1-2 days.

I then phoned and got someone who phoned hotel direct.they couldn`t alter booking as the person who deals with that had gone home.

I was also informed i may be liable for charges for booking being changed.

never again!
