Thank you very much for offering such a great site. I am very happy with your site, but I like to bring to your kind notice the following two issues:
I had to switch to a different browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, firefox). After I signed in the hotels I visited were not listed. The list was not dependent on my signed in name but on the browser. Although in general one may not change browser while reserving, but I wanted to bring to your notice that such an issue exists.
Many sites before making the final confirmation, they reconfirm the information and ask the customer if the information is correct. However your site does not have this step and quickly confirms. That is why I had to cancel my initial reservation because I was only checking to see if your site accepts "debit card". I suggest an added step of reconfirming the information would be great added value to your site.
