Did not receive a response to my email in relation to my confirmation of booking. Instead received phone call at 11.15pm wanting to discuss. Not a good time to call someone. He also did not say what he wanted me to do, whether I had to give him new credit card details then and there, or do it on line. When I told him what time it was in Australia, he was most apologetic. Poor service not knowing the time frames of the country you are calling.
Also, to book the same hotel was $150 more for me to pay than for someone who was living in that country to make the same booking on this site. Very interesting.
Obviously need to watch prices very carefully and shop around.
