Im very pleased with Booking.com its the 2nd time iv used the site as a member and have used it 2 or 3 times before, it is very easy to use, i like the fact they show you the hotel as well as genuine write ups, i had a small problem after making a booking i wanted to add another nights stay at the Hotel when i phoned up and told them i was thinking i was maybe to late but it was no bother to them it was all sorted in 2minutes and a confirming email was sent 1 minute after, now thats good service, im very pleased and will definitly use them again,there is nothing they dont tell you about the hotel , its situation and how far shops and entertainment is and means of travel, all in all very satisfied.
