I spend about 20% of my time travelling for business and booking hotels is a real pain as I do not have admin' staff to assist me. I used EXPOTEL for many years and they were good but limited. Booking.com is just so easy (even on my phone app) it is now the first thing I go to if I need a room. I can be booked, with no deposit and no cancellation fee in less time than phoning an agency.

Just brilliant.
