Didn't like that after I put my c/c details in (there was no option to not do this) On the confirmation notice, I am then informed there is a $4.00 c/c charge. I would rather have paid cash on arrival or leaving.

Hi,

Booking.com is a free service and do not ever charge you.

We also do not allow hotel who use advertise on our site to charge 'hidden' credit card processing fees.

Can you please reply with your booking number and we will get to the bottom of this.
