booking.com is great but it would be even better if we are rewarded with some kind of a point system or maybe free nights after booking a certain number of nights with you!

Also, if the hotels can specify that they only take cash, it would be great because we reached in shock once knowing that particular motel only take cash and we didn't have enough with us.

You're right, hotels should always state if they only take cash. Do you know your booking number or the name of the hotel as we would like to investigate this a little further.
