“Don't help if hotel cheats you.”

Customer service is easy to reach but they just say sorry and do nothing if the hotel cheats you. We booked with them and the hotel ended up giving our room away so we had to go some where else. Customer Service said they were sorry but they couldn't do anything even though the hostel charged us for one night anyways. Never using them again.
