Used your site for the first time. I was happy with the ease of identifying best option & booking. I expect my experience remain same till my complete stay with the booked hotel.
I hope credit card details collected got sufficient firewall and protected properly.

Easy enough to use and book....but, what i also needed to know was what time breakfast was served at this hotel. There was no information available as to meal times at all nor was there a telephone number for the hotel so I could ring and ask. I chose a customer services link which gave me a few numbers. A freephone for EU customers which didn't work so my only other choice was an 020 number which did work. All I wanted to know was what time breakfast was served because we had a very early flight next morning, but I got a very pushy sales man, and although he answered my question and despite me telling him repeatedly that was all I needed to know he kept pushing...He eventually got the message but I think this was he detected the anry tone in my voice.
