“So easy to navigate - user friendly A*”

Have used the site many times, always without difficulty.
I like the way every hotel in a chosen town is shown, plus ones in the areas nearby.
There are no booking fees and no cancellation charges, should a cancellation be necessary.
Booking.com is always the first site I go to when I am looking for somewhere to stay.
