“Bad Experience with Booking.com”

This is my second time to make hotel booking with Booking.com. First time everything OK. This time considered disaster. Booked a room and guarantee it with credit card and within the same day the hotel called and said the they have no room to offer me on the date I requested and they already fully booked since last week. I told them I booked it through Booking.com and it showed room available, hotel said they already informed Booking.com about the specific dates not available, but Booking.com not do anything on their website. And nothing the hotel can offer me for my requested date and that is in 2 days time. Did sent a message to Booking.com 24 hours ago, there was only an ackowledgement email received. I really felt being cheated by the Booking.com, why do I need to provide my credit card details if you can guarantee my room? And why sent me confirmation about my booking? And why no response after 24 hours since email ackowledgement? Well, I guess I wont recommend any friend nor use booking.com service again in the future.......full of craps!
