“WORST HOTEL SITE EVER!!!!”

Booked a hotel, received immediate confirmation. Also, received an email confirming hotel.

Booked noon-refundable plans around having a hotel,. When we re-confirmed with hotel they said that booking.com does not know what they are talking about, haven't had rooms for months. Nobody from booking.com has yet to reply to complaints or concerns.

Holiday ruined
