“Disappointment on the booked hotels”

Some hotels have much better pictures than what they are in reality!! This is the case on my last booking. I have to leave my credit card and the hotels charge me if i don't appear, but if i book something which was not the reality I saw on your site, I can't do nothing........that is not Fair for the customer! This is the case, i am sleeping in an horrible place and if i would have cancelled i would have to pay everything.......greetings
