We booked with booking.com last year for a hotel in the UK and one in France. Both were nice hotels.

As an ensuite bath/shower room is very important to us, I was worried we would have to take the risk of there not being these facilities as there was nowhere on the website which mentioned it. I wrote an email TWICE to booking.com asking if they could set my mind at rest before we went that the ensuite facilities were standard.

I realise they are very often standard these days but it is a worry if there is no way of finding out. When we got to both of the hotels, the ensuite facilities were, indeed, part of the standard booking.

I should have been most grateful for an answer to last year's emails and this year I have asked the same question where there was space on the website which is why I haven't given it the ten full marks it would otherwise deserve. I realise it is extra work to investigate such a matter but maybe there is a way in which you could provide this information without too much extra cost or hassle.

I wish your company every success as I have found it to be very efficient on every other issue except this one!
