Arrived at hotel with confirmation in hand. They had no record of the reservation ( total amt money already charged and taken out of my credit card by booking .com). After numerous calls to booking .com and trying to
clarify the situation it turned out they had sent the reservation to the wrong reservation company. We waited for 4 hrs in the lobby. when we finally got a room it was a studio with a pull down mrphy bed which is not what We ordered.We had to go to another hotel at an added expence.It
ruined our whole trip. Booking .com wont talk to us and no refund.
