Love the fact that the site remembers my travel dates within a search and the composition of my party (which can be real nuisance with a family of nine :-)). You know exactly what I mean: it can be such a pain when you have to select your dates and enter the number of people in your party over and over and over again. And then, the actual booking process: they brag 'it only takes 2 mins' and you think 'yeah, right'. And indeed they lie: it's actually shorter! Booking a hotel is indeed no longer a punishment. It's acutally fun. Thank you, Booking.com!
