I see quite a lot of websites and usually find them rather painful but your site makes perfect sense. It looks like someone has thought about it before starting the design. It is flexible, readable and clear. In detail, I was about to book an hotel when I happened to notice that breakfast was charged extra and I switched to another hotel: personally, I don't like add-ons and I would welcome a clearer front of what is in the headline price and what is extra. Overall I would prefer a standardisation of what's included: I'd feel more comfortable and confident about making a booking.

I have used Booking.com several times and have always found it to be user friendly and have never had any problem with any Hotel I have booked online using the service anywhere in the world.
