Up to now I have used booking.com and it has always worked well for me. However, on the last two occasions I failed to receive confirmation emails, including the booking I have just made.
Unless this is rectified, I will not use your services again.

Can you please check your junk/spam email filter in case this has stopped the emails being received? We will always send you a confirmation when you send a booking, so hopefully this step will fix the issue.
