Book a hotel on this website for one date, it changed to another date by the time the confirmation came through.I could not be refunded although I did call them as soon as the confirmation came through wrong.
The hotel was booked up but instead of saying that on the web site it booked it for a different day so please be careful.

You can try, but I have sent several emails already with no joy. Plus the calls straight after the confirmation went through.
