I spent three days trying to make booking. I am an Apple mac user, and the booking website just did not work on either Safari of Firefox browsers. I had no luck over the phone; no one answered my calls or answered my voice mail. In the end I borrowed a friend's PC and booked using Google Chrome. Result. Quite an odyssey!!
