We booked a hotel through booking.com on jan.7 2012 for june 7-10 in nashvile for the cma fest, drove 14 hrs and when we got there, no reservations,and of course the hotel was booked(had confimation # too)luckily the hotel worked with us and found us another hotel about 12 miles away,so just to fair warn everyone,just because you have a confirmation # doesnt mean your safe!!
