it took 4 phone calls to get a reply for a response to 4 emails sent showing the price promise does not get honoured. It was then agreed to pay me back £90 so on that basis I did not cancel. I received an email 2 days later saying they would not pay even though it was accepted on the phone call. Subsequently it was too late to rebook as I had already flown to Brazil
