I have just made three bookings for hotels in Germany. I found the process itself quite easy and the information provided helpful. However the website is extremely slow to move from page to page and the whole process took about 3 times longer than it should have done.

I have just booked 2 hotel rooms in Schaahausen, Switzerland. I was told by a local colleague that hotels were booked out for the nights we wanted but booking.com found me 2 rooms for 2 nights. The process couldn't have been faster or easier. Very impressed.
