I went online and asked for 1 room with 3 Beds in London. Everything checked out until I had the email confirmation. It confirmed 2 rooms. at double the price. I emailed them back and received no response. I then phoned Collingham Serviced Apartments to cancel the room 2 times. First time minutes after the email confirmation from Booking.com came through. ISomeone said they would call me back. they never did. I called again 1 week later to cancel .....,the same thing happened. Booking.com NEVER responded. They have no contact info on line or otherwise. I am disputing over $800 in Visa Charges now.
