Booked through booking.com which was supposed to be a 4 star hotel and found a place without air conditioning, elevator not working, staff very rude. Called booking.com customer service and they said there is nothing they can do about it. So don't trust what you see on their web site.
The hotel was Leonardo Da Vinci in Milano, check the reviews on trip advisor and you will see a big difference.
