i was so surprised...pleasantly, in fact, at the ease of finding the hotel i wanted, getting information on the rooms available, and all other small details.
i was really happy to see the speed with which pages opened up and oh, my God!!!!!!!!!!! booking was SO EASY AND QUICK.....
wow!!!superb!!!!!!!!!!

what i did not like?
i sent a special request..nothing to do with food or other amenities..just a request that, as i was staying only a day, and was a single person with a 16-year-old child, i should be given a discount on the room rate.
surely any hotel would like to please a first-time guest?.
