In 2011 booked all accommodation in Greece via this site, never had a problem most accommodation was as described, very user friendly site, for trip to USA and Canada have also sourced accommodation from this site, seems to have greater variety of accommodation offered and like the "no cancellation fees" offered on most accommdation, when trying to organise trips find this extremely useful. Have no negative comments for booking.com think they're great. If the price is right ,the room is clean, the bed comfy and the staff friendly what does it matter if the wifi isn't so fast, or the breakfast selection is limited & doesn't last till 10am, maybe the lift stops at the 3rd floor, the water pressure isn't flat out, we get what we pay for. Will certainly recommend this site to friends and family.
