This is the first time I use it, but I enjoyed it very much.
It's better, for us Europeans at least, then hotels.com, which looks too "American".
However, I'd suggest an improvement: I would like to have, somewhere on the booking confirmation page, a button that would allow me to save something like a PDF format of the page immage for future printing. Or maybe there is such a button and I didn't see it... If so, make it bigger!
