The [Free cancellation] option save you for costs when you have emergency matter(s) to turn down the travelling plan.

I personally prefer if the website allows us to select the extra bed option rather than calling the hotel ourselves, i.e. when our reservation kicks in to the hotel's reservation dept.! The hotel staff may be telling you: "Ooppss, we have not gotten your confirmation code from Booking.com since you just made it 2 days ago...", etc.

Certain hot destinations around the hotel/apartment should be included in the information section, they serve as a landmark for easy reference!
