We booked an all inclusive vacation to Cancun. At our first layover during our return flight we learned of a flight change that caused us to have an extensive layover at one of our stops. We were informed from the airline that one of our flights was cancelled and therefore had to be booked onto a later flight. They were suppose to inform Bookit and Bookit was to inform us. But neither did. They both blame the other party for not letting us know. We were very disappointed and Bookit offered us nothing for our troubles.
