I Book a all inclusive trip to Cabo, I was told it was a four star Hotel, Royal Decameron what a dive. Beds Hard as a rock , Food terrible. Drinks water down. I could go on and on, I got there Monday and left Tuesday, every thing was extra, and every answer was well you got this on special and we would have to change extra for that. I try to call Book it but stand on the phone for over a Hour and just got disconnected. After two time I just pick up and went to another Hotel.
Book who toke my money told me to call the Hotel for a refund, well all they said was there was a extra charge for leaving early !!!
So What did Book-it try to help , Nothing!
I am all done using Book-it .
They said it was 4 stars NO NO Way, Save your money. Read all the review not the ones put on By Book-it they were only 3% the others 97%, Said don't do it.
