I booked a 2 bedroom 8 days before travel date paying well over 2000 dollars for three nights! 3 days before my departure I get an email indicating they overbooked the apartment. They had no other apartment to fit my specifications. They offered me two studios. I went from a 1200 square foot 2 br to less than 600 for two rooms. Remember it was book it's fault. Not to mention they wanted 500 dollars more for a less than 3 star. 2 hours later I still did not have an acceptable reason for their mess up. Don't book. Book it they have no business savvy!!!!! Their service stinks and the girl I dealt with kept saying hold for 1 to 3 minutes. That was 147 minutes later. Terrible experience don't do it
